Session aims
The aim of this session is to give delegates an overview of the process of buying or selling a dental practice in Scotland.
Session objectives
Craig Stirling, NASDAL member and head of the specialist dental team at Davidson Chalmers Stewart, will draw from his own extensive experience of buying and selling dental practices in Scotland in highlighting a number of topical issues affecting dental transactions and sharing key tips, trips and traps for the uninitiated. It will be a practical session, illustrated with a number of ‘real life’ case studies, and will be of relevance to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the months or years ahead.
