Session aims
The aim of the session is to update people on the current market for dental practices, valuation methods and ways in which people can enhance their practice and make more attractive to potential buyers, the process of selling and the legal aspects.
This session is designed for anyone who is looking to sell their dental practice within the next 5 years.
Session objectives
Introducing delegates to how practices are valued, and by knowing this allows us to look at ways to enhance the values and make the practices more appealing to potential purchasers.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this session participants should be able to have a better understanding of the market and the processes that will be involved in their dental practice sale.
Development outcomes
B – Effective management of self and effective management of others or effective work with others in the dental team, in the interests of patients; providing constructive leadership where appropriate.
